Between 2010 and 2019, the young Muslim community has grown and thus, we see a new generation of Muslim children emerging in Mexico.

Migratory Muslims settling with children and young couples reverting to islam, getting married and having children, are reasons for this growth.

Viva Islam is working to develop and organise classes and programs at the Masjid, which will assist these children to recognise the importance of Islam in their journey into adulthood.

Whilst developing an online learning center for children and adults, with at hand tutors, the vision to have extra-curricular activities for them and transport at hand when necessary, would be a positive benefit for the community.

Life skill courses, training facilities with job placement possibilities for the young, adults, single mothers and handicapped are areas under consideration, not just for Muslims but also for the wider community.

Al Wahid Masjid has engaged over the years with various Islamic classes for beginner, new Muslims and children. The center has interacted with other associations, aiding, organising da’wah, food and clothes distribution outreach programs

Seminars and event facilities are made available for the Muslim community and with the joint efforts made by Masjid el Noor in Rosarito and Masjid Omar in Playas, consistent da’wah seminars, Ramadan programs, Eid al Fitr and Eid al Adha celebrations were held in all three places between 2018 and 2019.
